Our office staff will guide you through the generator installation process, including local permits we acquire, delivery, installation, inspection procedures and final startup. Our trained installation teams will install your Generac® Generator in a timely manner, most residential installations are complete in one day! Once your personal startup technician performs a thorough “walk-through” with you to review the operation and maintenance of your backup power system, you are ready for the next outage!
Annual Maintenance& Service:
Generators are mechanical and they do need repairs! With or without a valid warranty, where do you turn? Hale’s Electrical Service Team. Our courteous factory trained technicians will take time to explain what went wrong and how it will be repaired.
Service
Our office professionals will keep you abreast of when your Generac® Generator needs servicing through our automatic and annual maintenance reminder system. Customers who have annual maintenance every year receive a customer loyalty discount on our services after their warranty expires.
