Review your warranty documents and be sure your Generac is registered with the manufacturer. Hale’s Electrical Service, Inc. provides registration as a free service to all products purchased from us, whether, a standby or portable generator, a power washer or smaller inverter, we’ve got you covered and will provide you with a copy of your registration. We will maintain a copy of your warranty and warranty details in our electronic files, available 24/7/365. No need to worry yourself about going online, contacting Generac or searching for lost Owner’s Manuals and receipts when you buy from Hale’s!

If your generator does not start or cuts off during an emergency situation, call (804) 518-3060 and choose option 5 when prompted. This will take you to our emergency line which is monitored 24/7 by one of our trained professions. That professional will begin the process of dispatching one of our Generac trained service technicians to you as soon as possible!

If your power is still on and you have power, call or email our office and leave a message for one of our staff to contact you to schedule a Generac trained service technician for a Troubleshoot & Repair visit.If your power is out and your generator is not operational:
Consider first how long the power will be out: if the power is expected to be out for an extended period of time, determine if you are willing to pay an emergency/after hours rate. If you have a medical needs person in the home, please contact us and indicate the person’s need and the time frame in which you need power back to accommodate the needs of this individual.
