The Hale’s Difference: Helping You Protect Your Power

Ready for Home Standby Power for your home? Trying to make choices as to where to shop and how to know who to buy from? Since 2003 Hale’s Electrical Service, Inc. has partnered with our customers to provide the best package for their needs, budget and future.

Start to finish, our team of professionals will guide you through the process of selecting the right Generac Generator for your needs. We will take your information, put together a personal proposal, letting your needs guide us.  We add our special touches.  We want to ensure you understand what your Generac will power during a utility power outage and where it is proposed to be located on your property.

Once we carefully prepare your exclusive sale and installation proposal, we will email, mail or hand deliver your proposal to you. A dedicated staff member will contact you, follow-up on any of your questions, and concerns you may have and review your additional options offered. Once you make your decision to become a part of the Hale Generator Owner Family, we will work with you to give you a basic timeline of your delivery, installation and final inspection.

Our Installation team will take you step by step through the installation process, communicating with you along the way to give you more than ample information and dates for work to be performed. They will work with your personal Installation Team who will be on site for your installation.  Your Hale’s Installation Team will take the proposed work and turn it into the proposal samples you received for a finished product.

Your Installation Team will prepare your generator plan in detail days before your scheduled installation. On Installation Day your team will arrive at your home early in the morning to begin installing your Generac Home Standby Generator and keep you informed all along the way. Once installation is complete, your team will perform a walk through of the operation of your new generator with you and where applicable, set your weekly self-test time, give you your owner’s packet and answer any questions you may have. Depending on the city or county that you live in, the team will meet your building inspector for final county or city inspection of their work sometime in the afternoon. If you cannot be present, our home will look the way it did when we arrived, within the guidelines of your signed contract. Our team will work quickly to minimize the amount of power outage you will experience during your installation. When complete, our team will take pictures of your installation for our records and any future use for insurance that you may need.

Once complete, your Installation Administrator will contact you to verify all details, review and answer your questions. She and her team will compile your file, complete with photos, Warranty / Service Card and all permanent file information and turn it over to our Service Department for Annual Maintenance, Service Reminders and Service Scheduling.

Give us the opportunity to share what we can do for you. We promise not to give you a contract on site. Your sales specialist will come back to our office and prepare a contract proposal specifically designed for your home, your budget and your needs. We will not average our pricing so we can give you an immediate proposal, we ask that you be patient with us as we work up this tailor made proposal for you. We are not the competition who is in and out in 10-30 minutes, but rather we are investing our time in getting to know you, getting to know your needs and to develop the relationship that over 3000 customers across Central Virginia already know and experience! We know our customers and we care! That is the Hale difference!
